J'aime Nowak

J'aime (Sans Souci) Nowak started her real estate career as a REALTOR^® in Gilbert, Arizona in 1995. When she began using the Buffini & Company Referral Systems™, she was soon building her business…and doubling her income every year.

 

J'aime's leadership ability was recognized and she was asked to become manager of her real estate office. Using her leadership skills and the proven Buffini & Company systems, she turned the office around – reversing a six-figure deficit, achieving consistent profitability, and creating a culture and environment second to none – all within 16 months.

 

Over the next four years, her office's culture and referral-based methods enabled J'aime to recruit an average of six REALTORS a month, including a record-high month of 26.

 

Through her innovative training and development program, based on the Buffini & Company philosophy, many of her agents have been able to double their businesses as well.

 

Having achieved great success in the industry, J’aime joined Buffini & Company in 2004 to bring her skills to a wider audience. She instructs industry leaders throughout North America on how to provide the all-new revolutionary training program, Peak Producers®. Previously, she brought 100 Days to Greatness® to thousands of managers across the country.
