Refund Policy

Buffini & Company, Inc.'s refund policy for events and products is as follows:

MasterMind Summit
Refunds/Cancellations: A refund is available if you fax or email a request for a refund to Buffini & Company which must be received no later than 90 days prior to the event. Any cancellation within 90 days of the event will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. A credit equal to the amount owed under this agreement less any cancellation fee is available if you fax or email a request to Buffini & Company which must be received no later than 30 days after this event. This credit can be used for any Buffini & Company training, product or event within one year of this event. The fax number for refunds or credits is 760 476 9072. The email address is: . Turning Point
Refunds/Cancellations: A refund is available if you fax or e-mail a request for a refund to Buffini & Company; request must be received 24 hours prior to the event. If you are unable to attend, send a fax or an e-mail to Buffini & Company within 30 days of the event and you may receive a credit toward a future Buffini & Company event or toward any product offered by Buffini & Company. The Peak Experience
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation within 90 days of the event will be subject to a $1,000 cancellation fee.

Membership Cancellation
To cancel your Membership, call Buffini & Company Customer Service.

Any cancellation will be effective as of the last day of the month in which Buffini & Company is notified of the cancellation. There will be no refund of partial fees for the final month of Membership.

For an annual prepaid Membership, a refund will be issued which will be calculated as follows: The total fee that the Member would have paid for the expired term of the Agreement will be calculated using the standard charge for a monthly Membership. That total will be subtracted from the amount paid by the Member plus the activation fee normally charged to monthly Members. The balance will be the amount of the refund.

Other Products
Sales for other products such as books, tapes, and clothing are final. If any such product is defective or damaged it may be returned to Buffini & Company within thirty (30) days of its receipt for a replacement. To send e-mail
